Refund & Returns Policy — Active Threads

Custom Orders All jerseys at Active Threads are made-to-order with your team's custom design. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized products unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Defects & Printing Errors If your order arrives with a printing defect, wrong colour, incorrect name/number, or any error caused by us, we will provide a free reprint or full refund — your choice. Please WhatsApp us at +91 98297 57804 within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the defect

Wrong Size Delivered If we shipped a size different from what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Size Selection Errors We strongly recommend using our Size Guide before ordering. We are not responsible for size issues arising from incorrect selection by the customer. However, we'll do our best to help — reach out on WhatsApp and we'll discuss options.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After production begins, cancellations are not possible.
